This will be our most informative and in-depth class on making your own fresh sausage and bologna from beef, pork, and wild game.
We will cover how using LEM Products will make your home processing much easier and quicker. The class will have most of LEM's products on display and we will do live demonstrations with grinders, stuffers, chamber vacuum sealers, grinder and stuffer attachments and much more.
The class will cover meat selections, processing, seasonings, mixings, stuffing, smoking and storage. We will cover different casings, smoking temps and times.
This class will be geared to the person that has never done it before and would like to start doing their own processing up to the person that has been doing their own small batch processing.
We will be using products from High Performance Cookers, Smokin' Brothers, LEM Products, Con Yeager Seasonings, and Camp Chef.
