Join us Thursday, November 7th for our whole hog processing class. Chris Combs will lead this event. The class will cover: breaking the hog down into the different cuts of meat. We will have a Heritage breed hog as well as a typical white hog. Chris will discuss smoking woods, skin selection for sausage, curing ham, smoking/grilling ribs, loin roast, chops, and pork tenderloin on the salt rock. As always, we will provide the beverages for the class. Come join us for this fun, entertaining, and educational event.

For this class we will be using the LEM seasonings and equipment, Con Yeager seasonings, Dexter Russel knives, and Primo Ceramic Grills.

 

When:  Thursday, November 07, 2024 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm

Where:  Our showroom on the patio

Cost:  $40 per person
