Join us Thursday, November 8th for our whole hog processing class. Chris Combs will lead this event. The class will cover: processing the whole hog into the different cuts and where the different cuts come from; grilling and smoking; pork butt; pork belly sliders; pork chops; curing hams; and sausages.
