Join us Thursday, September 27th for our venison processing class. Chris Combs will lead this event. The class will cover: breaking the venison down into the different cut of meat, prepping and cutting different steaks, muscle and hamburg jerky, bologna’s, snack sticks, hamburg, bratwurst, and sausage. Chris will discuss smoking woods, skin selection for bologna, sausage, and snack stick, as well as seasonings and cures.
