Join us Thursday, October 25th for our Sausage, Bologna, and Jerky class. Chris Combs will lead this event. Chris will discuss everything from meat selection to the finished product. You will learn how to make different sausages, bologna, and jerky.  Chris will demonstrate the use of meat grinders and sausage stuffers as well. As always, we will provide the beverages for the class. Come join us for this fun, entertaining, and educational event.

For this class we will be using  The Good-One SmokerLouisiana Pellet Grills, and Green Mountain Pellet Grills.
